You can use ItemStyle option with Thread.Add ItemStyle option to Grid.ItemStyle -> { {{Automatic}} ,{{Automatic}} ,Thread[{{3, 1}, {5, 1}, {7, 1}, {2, 2}, {10, 2}} -> Bold] }Hope this helps.
